Where is the nearest beach?

The nearest beach is 10km from the campsite, in Grandcamp-Maisy.

Is there a beach shuttle in front of the campsite?

No, we do not have shuttles to the beach from the campsite.

How far is the campsite from the nearest shops?

The campsite is located 900m from the city center and the shops.

How far is the campsite from the bicycle paths?

You will find a greenway at the exit of the campsite.

Where is the nearest train station?

The nearest train station is located 10km from the campsite, in Carentan-Les-Marais.

Where are the nearest markets and when are they held?

There are markets every day within a 30km radius. A list of markets in the area of the campsite is available at our reception.

What does cancellation insurance cover?

You can access the cancellation insurance brochure by clicking on the documents at the bottom of this page.

Where can I find the price list?

On our website. We can also send them to you by email or post.

What is the infrastructure of the campsite?

We have a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool + water park, a gym, a mini club, a multi-sport field, a playground for children, a laundry, etc..

What is the difference between the user-friendly range and the premium range?

In the PREMIUM range, you will find a dishwasher, radiators in all the rooms, shutters in the bedrooms, covered terrace and for stays of more than 5 nights the sheets and household linen will be provided and the beds are made on your arrival. In the CONVIVIALE range, there is no dishwasher, only a radiator in the living room and the sheets/linen are not provided (possibility to rent them from the campsite).

What are the activities in July and August?

Mini-club for children from 6 to 12 years old, pool party, karaoke/show nights, bingo, petanque/football/ping-pong competitions, Olympics, belly and slide and much more…

How exactly are the visits organized?

The organizers will meet you at the main parking lot of the campsite with your personal vehicle at the agreed time. It is possible that the tour providers charge you for the tour. If this is the case we will be able to tell you beforehand.

What is there to do around here?

The D-Day beaches, the Mont Saint-Michel, many museums, castles, hiking, the Caramels d’Isigny, and much more… Our region is full of things to do and for all tastes!

What type of electrical outlet on the sites?

Our pitches are equipped with 16 ampere electrical outlets.

Is it possible to rent a fridge for campers?

Absolutely, at the rate of 5€/day or 30€/week. A deposit of 100€ will also be required upon arrival for the rental of a fridge

Can we have water on each site?

You will find water available in the aisles of the pitches.

Are water and electricity included in the price of the site?

Water is included in the price of the pitch. On the other hand, electricity is extra at the rate of 5€/day.

Are there specific sites for motor homes?

These are the same as those for tents and caravans.

What is the maximum size allowed for caravans and motorhomes?

Our pitches measure on average 10m by 10m.

Is it possible to rent a baby bed or high chair?

Absolutely, at the rate of 5€/day or 30€/week.

Are sheets and towels provided?

Only in our “PREMIUM” range for stays of more than 5 nights. For the rest, we offer them for rent.

Is the mobile home equipped with a television?

Yes, EXCEPT for the Fanal Tents, the Lodges and the Convivial 3ch. 6 people.

Is the mobile home equipped with air conditioning?

No, our mobile homes do not have air conditioning.

How are the accommodations equipped?

You will find all the information about our mobile homes on our website.

Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?

If the space allows it, it is quite possible. Otherwise, it is possible to park in the parking lot at the entrance of the campsite.

What is the minimum number of nights for a rental?

It all depends on the rental period. In July and August it is 7 nights minimum.

Are we allowed to smoke in the rentals?

No, out of respect for the other customers.

Do you have any PRM accommodation?

Yes, we have a PMR mobile home (Mobil-home Convivial 2 bedrooms – 4 persons).

Is there heating in the accommodation?

You will find a heater in the living room for the “Convivial” range and a heater in all rooms for the “Premium” range.

What is the size of the beds?

We have several sizes of beds depending on the size of the mobile homes: double beds 140×190 or 130×190 and single beds: 80×190 or 70×190 or 90×190.

What are the opening hours of the pools?

In low season: 10am – 6pm – In high season: 10am – 7pm for the water park and 10am – 7:30pm for the indoor pool.

Is the pool heated?

Our indoor pool and water park are both heated in the low/high season.

What are the dimensions of the pools?

The indoor pool measures 10mx5m and the water park is 240m2.

Are swim shorts allowed?

For hygienic reasons, long clothes are not allowed in the pools (shorts, boxers, skirts, overalls, Bermuda shorts, clothing, fully covering bathing suits).

Is the pool supervised?

No, children are the responsibility of their parents.

Do visitors have access to the campsite pool?

No.

Reservation

How do I make a reservation?

Directly via our website. You can also send us an email or contact us by phone.

Do you accept vacation vouchers?

Yes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, ANCV checks, cash or bank transfers. We do not accept cheques on site (only for advance payments: balance, deposit).

Is it possible to pay in installments?

It is possible to pay in installments. You can contact us to set up a schedule.

When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?

We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the reservation + the booking fee to block the reservation. The total amount of the stay must be paid one month before the arrival.

How to modify a reservation ?

You can contact us by email or by phone if you wish to make a modification on your reservation.

How to cancel a reservation?

Send us an email with all the details of your reservation and explain that you wish to cancel your stay.

Are CAF vouchers accepted?

Yes.

Stay

Can we leave outside the opening hours of the reception?

It is possible but you must inform the reception in advance.

My mobile home is available before 4:30 pm on Saturday, is it possible to arrive earlier in my rental?

If it is ready, yes, but we cannot guarantee in advance if it will be ready sooner.

Is my dog allowed in the rental?

Pets are welcome in our campsite and in the rentals, except for dogs categorized 1 and 2. A supplement of 5€/day will be asked. Pets must be kept on a leash and poop must be picked up.

Am I allowed to invite family or friends to the mobile home? If so, is there a charge?

Yes, depending on the capacity of the location. An additional tourist tax will be asked for participants over 18 years old.

Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?

No, for insurance and quota purposes this is not possible.

Do I have to give a deposit at the time of installation?

Yes, for the rentals, upon your arrival, we will ask you for two deposits: 200 euros in case of damage and 90 euros if the housework is not done. Bonds can be in the form of checks, credit card imprints or cash.

Do we have to make an appointment for the departure of the rental?

Yes, the appointment for the inventory of fixtures is made at the campsite reception.

Is there a laundry in the campsite?

Yes, we have a laundry room that works with tokens (that you can buy at the campsite reception at the rate of 5€ for the washing, 4€ for the drying and 1€ for the washing powder).

Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?

Yes, but only charcoal barbecues.

Is there wifi in the campsite?

Yes, you have 30 free minutes per day per device around the restaurant for free. However, if you wish to have a connection in your location, we propose it to you in supplement (3€/1h, 5€/1d and 16€/week).

Until what time can I enter the campsite with my car?

The campsite gate is closed between 11pm and 8am. When the campsite is closed, you can leave your vehicle in the parking lot at the entrance of the campsite.

Are visitors accepted?

Of course.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals are from 2pm for the pitches and from 4:30pm for the rentals. Departures are before 10am for rentals and before 11am for pitches.

Is it possible to choose your pitch or mobile home?

Depending on availability, we will do our best.

Is it mandatory to wear the bracelet?

Within the campsite and the infrastructure yes. It allows you to differentiate yourself from outsiders.

When can I get my deposit back?

At the time of departure if there is nothing to report.

Do you offer cleaning packages?

Yes, at the price of 90€.

Services/Animations

Do you propose animations at the campsite?

Yes, from July 11th to August 27th, we offer animations every day except Saturday (evenings, mini-club for children from 6 to 12 years old, visits, contests…).

Moreover, the animations are not in supplement (except the proposed visits) because they are included in your tariff.

Do you have a kids club?

Yes, and it is available from July 11 to August 27, for children ages 6 to 12.

Is there a charge for the Kids Club?

No, it is included in the price of the stay.

Are there any shops in the campsite?

We have a small convenience store in the restaurant.

Are the animations included?

Yes, the animations are included in the price of the stay.

Can we rent bicycles on site?

Yes, we offer rental bikes for adults and children.
